當(dāng)前中國(guó)已成為世界重要的飲料市場(chǎng),消費(fèi)需求在不斷增長(zhǎng),創(chuàng)新成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的主流。伴隨著消費(fèi)升級(jí)的進(jìn)程,借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新零售快速發(fā)展之勢(shì),消費(fèi)者除了選擇飲用預(yù)包裝飲料之外,現(xiàn)制現(xiàn)售飲品得到了越來(lái)越多年輕一代消費(fèi)者的接受。

在風(fēng)口效應(yīng)下,當(dāng)前現(xiàn)制現(xiàn)售飲品市場(chǎng)一片紅海。據(jù)2018年美團(tuán)點(diǎn)評(píng)發(fā)布《2019中國(guó)飲品行業(yè)趨勢(shì)發(fā)展報(bào)告》的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截止到2018年第三季度,全國(guó)現(xiàn)制茶飲門(mén)店數(shù)達(dá)到41萬(wàn)家,一年內(nèi)增加74%。根據(jù)凱度消費(fèi)者指數(shù)對(duì)中國(guó)25個(gè)城市15歲到45歲消費(fèi)者的采樣統(tǒng)計(jì),預(yù)計(jì)現(xiàn)制現(xiàn)售飲品實(shí)際的發(fā)展空間可能超過(guò)千億。

為進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)我國(guó)新零售飲品的行業(yè)發(fā)展需求,促進(jìn)行業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,中國(guó)飲料工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)決定設(shè)立“新零售飲品分會(huì)”?!胺謺?huì)成立大會(huì)”將于11月20日與CBST2019第九屆中國(guó)國(guó)際飲料工業(yè)科技展在上海同期召開(kāi),同期還將舉辦“中華流行飲品大賽(總決賽)”。

New Retail Beverage Industry’s Big Names Gathering, Display Zone Wish you Develop New Business Opportunities for Wealth

At present, China has become an important beverage market in the world. Consumer demand is growing and innovation has become the mainstream of industry development. Along with the process of consumption upgrading and the rapid development of new retail on the Internet, in addition to pre-packaged beverages, the on-site production and sale beverages have been accepted by more and more young consumers.

Under the vent effect, the market for on-site production and sale beverages is a red sea market. According to the data released by the Meituan Dianping in 2018, 2019 China Beverage Industry Trend Development Report, as of the third quarter of 2018, the number of tea-making stores in China reached 410,000, representing an increase of 74% in one year. Based on the sampling statistics of the 15 to 45-year-old consumers in 25 China cities from Kantar Consumer Index, the actual development space of on-site production and sale beverages may exceed 100 billion.

For further adapting to the development demand of China new retail beverage industry and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, China Beverage Industry Association decides to set up the “new retail beverage branch”. The “Inaugurating Meeting of the Branch” will be held in Shanghai on 20 November, the same day with the CBST2019 9th China International Beverage Industry Exhibition on Science  Technology. In the meanwhile, the “China Popular Beverage Contest (Final)” will be held.

At that time, senior executives of domestic and international well-known on-site production and sale beverage companies will come to the site to discuss the development of on-site production and sale beverage industry. The industry's big names will share the experience of brand development on the spot and discuss on the popular issues, including beverage safety supervision, product development and innovation, supply chain management, talent cultivation, cross-border marketing and resource sharing, with the aim of assisting peers to achieve breakthroughs and common progress, and working together to help the industry's sustainable innovation and development.

With the establishment of the New Retail Beverage Branch of China Beverage Industry Association, CBST Exhibition Organizing Committee has launched the “New Retail Beverage Zone” and sincerely invites domestic and international companies and people of on-site production and sale beverages, customized beverages, beverage supply chain, beverage equipment, unmanned retail equipment/technology, internet/e-commerce platform, and logistics to exhibit or visit. The three theme events, “Inaugural Meeting of the Branch”, “China Popular Beverage Contest”, and “New Retail Drinks Zone” will be held at the same time, which will attract the support and site visit of many new retail beverage companies. By setting up an industry platform and in-depth communication on the spot, it will help companies find the blue sea market.
